Care for your new items

THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING SMALL BUSINESS!!

I hope that you are happy with your new goodies for a long time to come. Since these items are all hand-made, they are unique and may be “perfectly imperfect”. A reasonable accommodation will be made if you find any open rings or missing beads within 7 days of delivery. Email the address below. Many of the beads and materials used are plated or enameled. This means that the shiny silver or gold finish may rub off over time and with use. You may help delay this normal wear-and-tear by dabbing or brushing some clear nail polish on areas that may rub against your skin or other things.

Also:

Metals - To prolong the life of the coating do not wear in the shower, swimming, washing dishes, or while using tools which may scratch or damage the metal. All metals will eventually tarnish or fade. **The base wires are either copper or steel, which are both conductors of electricity. Use electrical tools and appliances with caution.**

Beads - Unless stated otherwise, the beads are made with glass, rhinestone crystals, or natural/synthetic stones. These materials are subject to cracking or chipping when they are under pressure or sudden shock (like dropping). Please be gentle with your jewelry so that these beautiful beads can live a long life with you!

Cords - corded items (Paracord, hemp, leather, faux suede lace, etc) can be damaged by moisture or promote the growth of mold if not allowed to dry thoroughly. Dyed cords may lose their color over time and with extended exposure to moisture, even sweat. Lotions and skin oils may stain these materials.Keep clean and dry as much as possible As with the metal components, it is recommended to remove them before prolonged exposure to water, like swimming, bathing, etc.

Phone straps - Straps are for decoration and as added security while holding your phone with one hand. If excess force is used the strap may break. Do not use the strap to carry, pull, or hang your phone. If used as a key ring, only attach keys to the split ring or lobster clasp provided and not to the hand loop or nylon cord. Keep leather straps dry. Leather is a natural product and may become weak with repeated or prolonged exposure to water, lotions, and oils. Inspect strap and nylon loop regularly for wear and replace if wear or damage may cause the strap to break.

Care instructions: Keep all items clean and dry. When necessary, wipe them gently with mild dish soap and warm water, then wipe with a damp soap-free cloth to remove residue, and dry thoroughly before storing or wearing again. You may also follow up with a light buffing with plated jewelry polishing cloth.
