Refunds, returns, repairs, replacement

Beauty is subjective and "one size" sometimes does not actually fit all. Also, handmade jewelry, while expected to have some imperfections, sometimes arrives damaged. If you are unhappy with your new items for any reason, please email kauhalecrafts@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt and we will try to find a solution for everyone.

-Refunds: Refunds will only be offered if the item received is not what was ordered, or is damaged in shipping, and we will provide you with a pre-paid mailing label and a full refund of the purchase price (plus tax) via the method of payment used once it has been shipped back.  E kala mai (I apologize).

-Returns: Sometimes what we order something and it does not work out because of sizing or other unforeseen issues. In these cases, we are happy to accept a return (at your cost) and will refund the purchase price (plus tax), minus the original shipping cost to the method with which you paid for your item(s). Please be sure to read the item descriptions carefully before ordering. All sizes and colors are listed when applicable. The colors may appear different on your screen than they do in person, and have been described as well as possible.

-Repair: We make every effort to ensure your items are made to be durable and well-made given the materials used. (Please see the page about caring for your new items). In the unlikely event that an item falls apart or is missing something, please send an email with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will make it right as well as possible. 

-Replacement: Since almost all items are one-of-a-kind, replacement with an identical product will probably impossible. In this case, a refund will be offered (as above). Alternatively, you may return the item(s) for store credit (plus tax, excluding shipping).
